Communication with Employees
Held companywide event "Progressive Plus"
In October and November 2024, we held the companywide event "Progressive Plus" at three sites, Tokyo, Osaka, and Kyoto, to promote the realization of our long-term vision, "ESPEC Vision 2025." Approximately 1,000 employees participated. Management declared its commitment to achieving the long-term vision, and the Junior Board presented its vision of "ESPEC in 2035."
President Arata announced his commitment to making “ESPEC Vision 2025” a reality.
Message from the President
Messages from the president are posted regularly on the company website. We provide timely company-wide communication regarding the president's views and the progress of management strategies. We have also established the Bright Working Consulting Office, where employees can directly discuss work-related concerns and challenges with the president. We are promoting two-way communication between the president and employees and fostering shared values across the organization.
Publication of "Progressive"
We regularly publish the in-house newsletter "Progressive," designed to deepen understanding and share the corporate philosophy with all employees while providing updates on business activities.
In FY2024, the newsletter was renewed to stimulate employee communication and was issued three times.

Round-Up Training Course
A Round-Up Training Course is conducted for all employees. The Round-Up Training Course is conducted to deepen the understanding of all employees regarding the ESPEC corporate philosophy and create a better corporate culture. A program for each level, such as management, general employees, and new employees, as well as programs that bring together multiple generations of employees, are carried out each year.

Direct communication
We hold Direct Communication sessions in which employees can engage in dialogues with executives on a regular basis. The president and all other executives visit each business site to engage directly with employees, listening to their thoughts on the corporate philosophy, the challenges they face in their work, and their requests to the Company, while exchanging opinions. In FY2024, a total of 14 sessions were held, with 112 employees participating in discussions with executives.
