Communication with Employees

Message from the President

Messages from the president are posted regularly on the company website. They communicate the thoughts of the president, progress on strategies, and other matters directly to employees in a timely manner. We have also established the Bright Working Consulting Office where discussion meetings with employees are held, and where employees can discuss work-related concerns and issues directly with the president. We are promoting bilateral communication between the president and employees, and also working to ensure a shared set of values.

Publication of "Progressive"

We periodically publish "Progressive," the company's internal newsletter, with the aim of sharing information with all employees and promoting the understanding and dissemination of our corporate philosophy (THE ESPEC MIND). In May 2024, we revamped this initiative with the aim of stimulating communication among employees.

Round-Up Training Course

A Round-Up Training Course is conducted for all employees. The Round-Up Training Course is conducted to deepen the understanding of all employees regarding the ESPEC corporate philosophy and create a better corporate culture. A program for each level, such as management, general employees, and new employees, as well as programs that bring together multiple generations of employees, are carried out each year.

Direct communication

We hold Direct Communication sessions in which employees can engage in dialogues with executives on a regular basis. The president and all other executives exchange opinions directly with employees, asking them how they view the corporate philosophy, what challenges they face in their work, and what they expect from the company.
In FY 2023, we held 18 sessions with a total of 123 participants.
