Overview of winning product

MTP-101 One-Device Temperature Test Chamberの画像 MTP-101 One-Device Temperature Test Chamber In recent years, with the spread of 5G communications and autonomous driving, managing heat generated by high-heat-generating components and high-density mounting boards has become a challenge. As a result, there is growing demand for test environments without airflow, where convection does not affect measurements. In addition, because the electrical properties of optical devices and high-frequency devices depend on temperature, evaluations for thermal design and thermal management have become necessary during product development.
The One-Device Temperature Test Chamber operates on 100 V AC power and has a space-saving design. This allows users to easily observe thermal deformation and perform electrical measurements under controlled temperature conditions at their desks in research laboratories and testing facilities. Redesigned in February 2026, the MTP-101 offers an expanded temperature range of -30°C to +150°C. It also features a completely redesigned controller and supports programmed operation using dedicated PC software. The communication function allows the chamber to work with the water supply pump of a cooling water circulation system, enabling automated thermal cycle testing. It also allows a thermal deformation measurement camera to automatically capture images when triggered by a signal indicating that the test area has reached the target temperature. The MTP-101 contributes to reliability evaluations of semiconductor packages and electronic circuit boards, as well as thermal design and thermal management.
