Established the Multi-Stakeholder Policy

In recognition of the growing importance of collaborative value creation with various stakeholders—including shareholders, employees, and business partners— in corporate management, ESPEC CORP. (Head Office: Kita-ku, Osaka City; Representative Director and President: Satoshi Arata) has established a Multi-Stakeholder Policy to facilitate appropriate collaboration with all stakeholders.

This Multi-Stakeholder Policy outlines ESPEC’s approach toward building relationships with employees, business partners, and the various other stakeholders in the course of conducting business. The policy includes guidelines on topics such as wage increases, the implementation of education and training programs, and the establishment of appropriate relationships with business partners.
ESPEC will continue to construct relationships with all stakeholders through collaboration that benefits both sides.
