ESPEC CORP. (Head office: Kita-ku Osaka City, Representative Director and President: Satoshi Arata) was awarded three stars in the “NIKKEI Sustainable Management Survey, Smart Work Edition” (previously “Smart Work Management Survey”) organized by the Nihon Keizai Shimbun.

In this survey, the Nihon Keizai Shimbun selects leading companies that aim to fully utilize their human resources while accelerating HR investment to generate innovation, improving productivity, and maximizing corporate value. The survey looked at listed companies and leading unlisted companies throughout Japan, with a total of 830 companies participating this year. Companies were evaluated on a five-star scale in terms of three factors: utilization of personnel, investment in personnel, and utilization of technology. ESPEC received especially high ratings for our investment in personnel in categories such as variety of career paths and training of personnel in cutting-edge fields, leading to our overall rating of three stars.
Moving forward, ESPEC will continue to provide employees with various types of growth support and opportunities to shine, while working to build an environment that supports diverse working styles to maximize employee capabilities and vitality.
