Rated 3 stars in the 7th Nikkei Smart Work Management Survey

ESPEC CORP. (Head office: Kita-ku, Osaka City; Representative Director and President: Satoshi Arata) was rated 3 stars in the 7th Nikkei Smart Work Management Survey, which selects the leading companies taking on the challenge of productivity innovations through workstyle reforms.

The Nikkei Smart Work Management Survey has been organized by Nikkei, Inc. (the Nihon Keizai Shimbun) since 2017 and it targets all listed companies and leading non-listed companies in Japan. It defines “smart work management” as efforts to maximize organizational performance through the three elements (the realization of diverse and flexible work styles, a system for creating new businesses, and the ability to develop markets), and rates companies on a five-star scale. In this year, 834 companies participated in the survey and Espec was rated 3 stars.
