Rated 3 stars in the 5th Nikkei Smart Work Management Survey

ESPEC CORP. (Head office: Kita-ku, Osaka, President and Representative Director: Masaaki Ishida) was rated 3 stars in the 5th Nikkei Smart Work Management Survey, which selects the leading companies taking on the challenge of productivity innovations through workstyle reforms.

The Nikkei Smart Work Management Survey has been organized by Nikkei, Inc. (the Nihon Keizai Shimbun) since 2017 and it targets all listed companies and leading non-listed companies in Japan. It defines “smart work management” as efforts to maximize organizational performance through the three elements (the realization of diverse and flexible work styles, a system for creating new businesses, and the ability to develop markets), and rates companies on a five-star scale. In this year, 807 companies participated in the survey and Espec was rated 3 stars.
We are working to realize a diverse and flexible work style by promoting diversity and expanding telecommuting systems. We will continue to promote workstyle reforms to further strengthen our corporate strength.
