Air Transport & Altitude Test System

VLC series

Program-type test chambers capable of precision temperature and pressure control

Reduced pressure tests are tests which simulate air transport under low-pressure conditions. It is possible to perform tests which conform to the standards listed below.

Test category (cell tests)
  • Reduced pressure (altitude) test
Test category (module and pack tests)
  • Reduced pressure (altitude) test
Supported test standards
  • UN ECE R100-02.PartⅡ
  • UN38.3
  • JISC8712
  • UL1642

Features

Air circulation within the chamber is possible in a reduced pressure environment.

A magnetic coupling air circulator is provided and can circulate air within the chamber in a reduced pressure environment. This improves distribution accuracy and enables uniform tests.

Programming of operating modes as needed

A variety of programs can be created by combining constant temperature operation with program pressure control.

Wide range of optional safety measures

A fire extinguishing system, gas detector, and a wide range of other safety measures are available.

Remote monitoring and control
(via Ethernet connection)

The chambers are equipped with unique web applications that enable chamber status to be confirmed and operated from a web browser (PC or tablet). It is also possible to start operation with a PC or other device from a remote location. In addition, details of alarms that have been triggered can be sent to pre-registered PC or mobile phone e-mail addresses.
