Ref. Error. All the refrigeration units have a problem. Each single alarm message has been shown. • Do the corrective action for each single alarm.
• Turn off the power switch to reset the alarm message.

The evaporation temperature is exceeding the limit.

• Blockage in the refrigeration circuit.
• Malfunction of Electric expansion valve.
• leaking of the refrigerant
• Many frost on the evaporator.

• Check the cooling water line.
• Check the frost on the evaporator.
If there is many frost, please defrost it.

REF.Cooling water failure.(Only water cooling type.) Cooling water pressure become less than setting of water pressure switch. • The pump for cooling water line does not work.
• The strainer filter has clogging.
• Water leaking in the cooling water line.
• Turn off the power switch.
• Check the cooling water pump.
• Check the water leaking of the cooling water line.
Cleaning up the strainer filter
Humidifier Boil-Dry Inside temperature of the humidifier rise up and exceeding and activate the temperature switch. • Malfunction of the water circuit of the humidifier.
• There is many scale in the humidifier.
• Turn off the power switch.
Clean up the humidifier.
Scale in Humid.: Accumulation Warning. Temperature switch is activated due to over heat. • There is many scale in the humidifier. Clean up the humidifier.
Scale in Humid.: Accumulation Error Temperature switch is activated continuously 72hours. • There is many scale in the humidifier. Clean up the humidifier.
Humidifier Drain error. Humidifier cannot drain the humidifier water. • Malfunction of the drain water pump.
• Clogging of the drain line.
• Malfunction of the float switch.
Clean up the humidifier.
Humidifier water supply Warning. Humidifier can not supply the water within limit. • Water supply valve is closed.
• Strainer filter is clogged.
• Water leaking
• Water supply pressure is reducing.
• Malfunction of the float switch for humidifier.
• Safety device for DI water supply system such as RO water supplyis activated.
• Check the valve.
Clean up the strainer filter.
Check the water supply line.
This problem is automatically reset after humidifier got enough water.
Humidifier water supply Error. Humidifier can not supply the water 100% even after get the ?ghumidifier water supply Warning.?h • Turn off the power switch.
• Check the water valve.
Clean up the strainer filter.
• Check the water supply line.
• Check the safety device of DI water supply unit.
Humidifier Water level float error Malfunction of the float switch in the humidifier. • Malfunction of the float switch. • Turn off the power switch.
Humidifier error. Over current protector for humidifier is activated due to over current • Humidifier electric circuit makes short circuit or over current. Turn off the main breaker.
Reset the breaker for the humidifier.
Check humidifier operation. Humidifier ON-OFF switch set to ?gCLEAN?h during humidity operation. Forget to set the Humidifier ON-OFF switch for ?gON?hWhen set this switch to ?gON?h or press clear key in the display, humidifier starts to supply the water. Set the Humidifier ON-OFF switch to ?gON?h after cleaning up.
Air circulator Error. The current of the air circulation motor is exceeding the limit and over load relay is activated. • Over load operation for the air circulation motor. • Turn off the power switch.
• Stop the operation and cooling down the motor.
Heater error The over current protector is activated due to over current. • The heater makes short circuit or over current. Turn off the main breaker.
Reset the breaker for the heater to reset the error
Output circuit error. The over current protector is activated due to over current. • The controlling circuit makes short circuit or over current. Turn off the main breaker.
Reset the breaker for the humidifier to reset error.
Test system Temp. Over-Heat. Actual temperature of the inside of the chamber is exceeding the setting value in the over heat protector. • There is too much live load.
• The setting value of the over heat protector is too low.
• Turn off the power switch.
• Remove live load.
• Check the setting in the over heat protector.
Air Con. Local overheating The temperature switch of the air conditioning unit is activated due to high temperature. • There is too much live load.
• Malfunction of the heater.
• Malfunction of the motor.
• Turn off the main breaker after High temperature operation.
• Turn off the power switch.
• Blow the fresh air into the air conditioning unit to pull down the temperature below 50°C?B
Test RM T. H-limit Absolute error Actual temperature of the inside of the chamber is exceeding the upper limit absolute setting value • There is too much live load.
• The setting value of upper limit absolute setting is too low.
• Turn off the power switch.
• Remove the live load.
• Check the setting value of upper limit absolute setting
Test RM H. H-limit Absolute warning Actual humidity of the inside of the chamber is exceeding the upper limit absolute setting value • Actual humidity exceeds the limit when move the next steps in the program operation.
• The setting value of upper limit absolute setting is too low.
• Check the setting value of upper limit absolute setting
• This error is reset when actual humidity get back the limit.
Test RM T. L-limit AbsoluteError. Actual temperature of the inside of the chamber is exceeding the lower limit absolute setting value • Too much cooling power due to wrong setting in the Ref.
• test sample pull down the temperature.
• The setting of the lower limit is too high.
• Turn off the power switch.
• Remove the test sample.
• Check the setting of the lower limit.
• This error is reset when actual humidity get back the limit.
Test RM H. L-limit Absolute warning Actual humidity of the inside of the chamber is exceeding the lower limit absolute setting value • Actual humidity exceeds the limit when move the next steps in the program operation.
• The setting value of lower limit absolute setting is too low.
• Check the setting value of lower limit absolute setting
• This error is reset when actual humidity get back the limit.
Test RM T. H-limit Deviation warning Actual temperature of the inside of the chamber is exceeding the upper limit deviation setting value • There is too much live load.
• The setting value of lower limit deviation setting is too low
• Remove the live load.
• Check the setting value of upper limit deviation.(Set the setting value 10°C higher than previous setting.
• This error is reset when actual humidity get back the limit.
Controller " ch16 " burn-out error Analog input Ch1Ch6 on the controller is disconnected. • Disconnection on the controller unit. (EZ-PCU)
• Disconnection of the Sensor.
• Turn off the power switch.
