This system is capable of automatically measuring the capacitance, tanδ, impedance temperature (humidity) characteristic, frequency characteristic and deterioration primarily for capacitors, as well as for printed circuit boards, insulation materials and other electronic materials.

Standard number of channels is 8 and can be expanded up to 64.

Select the testing mode from among temperature (humidity) characteristic testing, frequency characteristic testing, and life characteristic testing, which allows evaluation of deterioration.

Features

Diverse real-time graphing functions make it possible to use the recorded data to confirm various electrical characteristics and deterioration rates with respect to temperature, frequency and time.
